Travel allowance: 

Candidates appearing for the Services Selection Board interviews are eligible to receive a travel allowance, which is usually given by the branch of the Indian Armed Forces that they would be joining. This is to partly compensate the candidates for the cost of traveling to one of the SSB centers for the selection process. In this regard, candidates are required to retain and present the original train or bus tickets. The reimbursement also depends on the mode and class of travel and is generally in most cases on second-class sleeper fare on Indian Railways. Candidates should have a canceled cheque for direct payment to their bank account. And also advised to carry at least 20 pass-port-sized photos in light-coloured clothing.

1. Admit card: The official SSB admit card or email printout for the interview.
